FROM THE FOUNDER
In the field of education, this approach works towards developing the much required 21st century skills in every child. The framework equips children with the tools to be more aware and informed of the world around them, believe and realise the importance of their role in shaping that world, and take action towards building a more desirable present thus leading to a more sustainable future.
Through the Design For Change Challenge, both children and adults are introduced to the concept of design thinking which enables them at an individual level to realize the power of the words “I Can”. The year long immersive Design For Change Curriculum develops and nurtures the required behaviour and skills both in students and in teachers as facilitators at a classroom level. This further empowers educators to create solutions that lead to larger school/ community level transformations. Thus building a culture where teachers, as agents of change establish and design processes that lead to an environment that enables children to learn, engage and create; impacting not just the world of education but the world in general.
In over 30 different countries, we have seen children stepping up and learning that the power to create change lies in them as much as with the adults who educate and influence their lives. We continue to witness the incredible, rapidly growing tide of change being led by a new generation of Superheroes.
